We collect what it takes to quote and run your home watch service. We use it for that and nothing else. We do not sell it.
You give us your name, phone number, email, the property address, and the dates you will be away. Anything you add in the notes, like a pool service day or an alarm company, is used to plan your visits.
We use it to call you about the quote, set up the walkthrough, schedule visits, and send your visit notices and reports.
We never sell your information, rent it out, or hand it to anyone for marketing.
Anything that gets us into your house is collected at the first walkthrough and kept secure by our team for as long as you have service.
Visits follow the plan you pick when you sign up, and nothing locks you in for the long haul. Extras can be added or dropped with 30 days notice, and you can pause or end service by phone or email.
