What to Tell Your Home Watch Provider

Your first visit is a walkthrough with you in the house. We record a baseline and collect keys and codes. It goes faster when these answers are ready before we knock.

Every Way Into the House

Tell us about every key, garage remote, keypad code, and lockbox code. Then tell us about every person who can get in, whether that is a neighbor, a relative, or a cleaner. If someone else has a key, we need to know before we find a door unlocked that should not be.

How the Gate Works

Sterling Grove runs a staffed gate. Other Surprise communities use a keypad, a remote, or a guest list. Tell us how yours works and who to call there, so every visit gets in the same way.

Where the Shutoffs Are

Show us the water main, the water softener, the electrical panel, and the gas shutoff if you have one. If something goes wrong, we should not be hunting for them.

Who Else Is Coming By

Let us know if the pool service, pest control, the landscaper, or a contractor finishing a job will be coming by. Give us names and days. If you want somebody on site when they show up, we can be there to let them in and stay while they work.

How to Reach You

Give us your best number, a backup contact if we cannot reach you, and your return date. A new return date changes the plan, so text us when it moves.

Put Your House on the Route

One walkthrough gets your visits started. Plans start at a single monthly visit and top out at weekly ones.
